if you want better chance of banning a hacker please record a demo, u can do this by openning console and typing "record hacker" with out quotes, and the typy "stop" without quotes to stop recording, then you can find the file at:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\STEAMUSERNAME\counter-strike source\cstrike
it will be saved as hacker.dem all you need to do is take the file upload it to some kind of filesharing website like megaupload and then put the link in your post.

better to name it as the supposed hacker since it will be alot of videos with the name hacker if you name them that
